Job Summary
Lead a variety of projects from conceptual design to final construction documents, transforming workplaces and labs for Life Science and Corporate clients. Manage all aspects of design work, including preparing drawings, finish boards, and full documentation, while overseeing coordination between clients, consultants, and technical teams. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure methodology implementation and exceed client expectations. Mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and produce exceptional designs. Create and deliver presentations that inspire clients and partner with Business Development and Construction teams to educate potential clients on Unispace's methodology.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as an Interior Designer
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing design teams for Life Science, Corporate, and Commercial projects, including restacking, renovations, and phasing
- Ability to deliver innovative and impactful design solutions
- Experience in developing comprehensive construction documentation
- Proficiency in design tools, including Revit, CAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and Excel
- Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Experience pitching and presenting to high-profile clients
Desired Qualifications
- experience in designing large corporate campuses is a plus
