Job Summary
Develop sophisticated creative concepts across print, digital, environmental, presentation, and social media channels for high-profile marketing initiatives. Translate complex business objectives into compelling visual communications that support Suffolk's strategic goals. Lead the creative development of executive presentations, brand campaigns, recruiting initiatives, environmental experiences, and other high-visibility projects. Present design concepts and articulate the strategic thinking behind creative recommendations to stakeholders. Partner closely with writers, videographers, project managers, and marketing leaders to develop integrated creative solutions. Manage complex projects from concept through execution while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines. Incorporate stakeholder feedback thoughtfully while maintaining the integrity of the creative vision and project objectives. Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices, bringing new ideas and perspectives to the team. Present on-site 4 days a week in our Boston office.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or similar fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Strong conceptual thinking, exceptional design skills, and the ability to develop solutions across multiple media channels
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of print production and preparing print-ready files for vendors
- Well-versed in current design trends, technology, social media, and all phases of the creative process from concept through production
- Ability to collaborate effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and deadlines
- Ability to accept creative direction and contribute positively within a collaborative team environment
- Positive attitude with a high level of energy, enthusiasm, accountability, and ownership
