Job Summary
Manage a team of 3-10 people by establishing project workplans for staffing, budget, and schedule while fulfilling contractual, financial, and cost control responsibilities. Lead or assist in the internal production and delivery of architectural drawings, interface with clients, and direct meetings during the construction administration phase. Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and revise documents in Revit alongside significant experience with interior and exterior detailing. Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience on all project phases, a B.Arch. or M.Arch. degree, and up to 20% regional and national travel.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of experience working on all phases of architectural projects
- Prior experience with higher education and/or urban development
- B.Arch., M.Arch. or equivalent degree
- Registered architect
- Significant experience managing and using Revit for architectural documentation
- Experience reviewing submittals
- Experience responding to RFIs
- Experience revising documents in Revit
- Up to 20% travel expected regionally and nationally
