Job Summary
Senior Designer – Product & Experience leads design strategy and acts as a hands-on integrator to shape digital products at scale. Responsible for aligning business capabilities with customer journeys, driving insights from user research and analytics, and advocating for user-centered outcomes across product teams. The role includes leading critique and collaboration with stakeholders, mentoring teammates, solving complex problems with innovative design solutions, and staying ahead of digital design trends to deliver elegant, scalable experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience in product design or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience with Agile software development
- Strong user research and facilitation skills
- Excellent design craftsmanship for consumer-grade products and experiences
- Ability to translate business strategy into design
- Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders
