Job Summary
Manage projects from concept to completion, delivering creative solutions that promote brand integrity and inspire clients. Work closely with client services and the creative team to strengthen relationships while directing and mentoring junior designers. Present work with clarity to internal and external stakeholders, acting as a brand guardian and fountain of knowledge for peers. Direct creative vision for photoshoots and shape brand evolution through collaboration with the strategy and implementation teams.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in packaging design with a strong portfolio full of ideas and concepts - mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or similar degree - mandatory
- 5-7 years of experience in creative or design within an agency or in-house creative team. - mandatory
- Located close to the local region office for frequent meetings and working sessions.
- Strong understanding of creative deliverables across design and digital production.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Digital portfolio required at time of application.
- Hybrid position that would require occasion trips into office locations and various in-person meetings as needed.
- Fluent English speaker - bilingual or professional proficiency.
- A high level of competence of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Ability to think independently, self-start, and run projects from start to finish in a remote environment.
- Ability to interpret and interrogate creative briefs.
- Ability to bounce back from feedback and deliver creative solutions.
- Excellent organisational skills, balancing creativity with meeting deadlines.
- People skills that build confidence and trust with clients and collaborators.
- Articulate and inspire when presenting ideas and giving feedback.
- Ability to pitch concepts to clients and communicate big ideas clearly.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI and a desire to keep up with the latest technology and AI capabilities.
