Senior Designer - LAB Collaborations & Sponsorships– Tommy Hilfiger

Senior Designer for LAB - Collaborations & Sponsorships at Tommy Hilfiger, based in Amsterdam. Responsible for designing and executing styles across multiple product categories with a primary focus on long-term sports sponsorships and collaborations with external partners. Works closely with the Design Director and design team to create commercially viable products that reflect the Tommy Hilfiger brand DNA across collaborative projects. Uses Illustrator or hand sketching to communicate ideas, prepares CAD sketches and colorups, creates garment worksheets, and coordinates PLM with factories. Collaborates with Tech, Product Development, Sourcing, and Merchandising to ensure fit, development, and timelines. Partners with sourcing on trims and fabrics, aligns design aesthetics with seasonal concepts, and participates in milestones such as sketch/proto reviews and style outs. Travel for supplier visits is expected. Requires fashion design degree and 5-6 years of experience, with strong organizational skills, sense of trend translation into commercial collections, and fluency in Business English.
