Job Summary
Design interaction flows and polished visuals for field AI initiatives, turning computer vision and multimodal models into clear, trustworthy interfaces for Superintendents and DCOs on mobile apps. Craft motion design where it counts to make AI interactions intuitive, and partner with the Field AI PM and engineering to move concepts to shipped product. Communicate the AI narrative to executives, the board, and investors through presentations that make the vision tangible. Bring 5+ years of product design experience, including mobile and motion design, to translate evolving AI capabilities into delightful experiences for jobsite users.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience
- portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design and high visual craft
- Direct experience designing mobile applications
- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML patterns into products in delightful, usable ways
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- direct experience presenting to executive-level audiences
- Comfort designing in ambiguity
- A collaborative, self-starting approach
- Willingness to travel to Texas to work directly with our field teams

- Interest in construction and the built environment
- no prior industry experience required, but an expectation to learn the domain rapidly
