Job Summary
Senior Designer responsible for space planning, furniture applications, visualizations, specifications, and installation drawings for contract furniture, while maintaining high client satisfaction. Collaborates with Sales, mentors the Design team, and engages in presentations and showroom tours. Key duties include programming and schematic design, furniture block planning, code-compliant space planning, development drawings/renderings (AutoCAD and CET), material applications for workstations and offices, field measurements, and accurate product specifications. Requires 5+ years’ experience, a degree in Interior Design, strong AutoCAD/CET proficiency, leadership, and effective communication. The role involves independent client meetings, collaboration with COR team members and industry partners, and willingness to learn new product initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in the Design industry
- Degree in Interior Design or related field from a CIDA-accredited school
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software, CET, and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
