Senior Designer, Concept

Define the material vision for PENN.Penningtons by building seasonal and long-term direction across fabrics, yarns, trims, textures, and craftsmanship. Partner with the Design Director and Senior Designers to shape concepts from research through rollout, identifying macro and micro trends and translating them into actionable ideas. Lead the Design team's material partnership with Global Sourcing, consolidating needs into clear sourcing briefs and communicating creative direction to international partners. Anticipate future brand needs and bring newness through emerging techniques and innovative finishes.
