Job Summary
Study design briefs and determine requirements for layouts, graphics, and motion graphics. Collaborate closely with copywriters, the creative team, and account teams to translate marketing strategies into campaigns that meet deadlines. Conceptualize and execute visuals across traditional, offline, digital, and social media channels, including newsletters and brochures. Apply creative in copy/design for diversified mediums, amend designs based on client feedback, and ensure final graphics are visually appealing. Stay up to date with industry developments and design tools, with a portfolio demonstrating Generative AI workflows. Work within a hybrid schedule of four days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Strong conceptual and visual design skills across platforms
- At least 2-3 years of experience in relevant field
- Experience working on integrated campaigns (digital + offline)
- Proficiency in design tools and creative software
- Understanding of branding, layout, and storytelling through visuals
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in handling feedback and delivering within timelines
- Awareness of digital trends, social media, and emerging formats
- Exposure to Generative AI tools and workflows in design
- Your portfolio must include work produced by Generative AI, including a description of tools, workflows and prompts used for their creation
