Senior Design Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Coordinate design and construction phases for new and existing data center builds by managing consultants, contractors, and clients. Prepare project documentation including reports, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders while maintaining project management software. Communicate conceptual designs, review design RFPs, and manage external design consultants through the entire process. Maintain Basis of Design, prototype designs, and template specifications for architectural elements. Effectively communicate design standards to internal and external partners while managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously. Think outside the box to find innovative solutions that reduce costs without impacting quality or reliability.
