Senior Design Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Support assigned Project Managers in managing, coordinating, and administering projects through all design and construction phases. Deliver client services at the highest level by preparing documents including reports, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes while maintaining project management software. Coordinate team meetings, communicate conceptual designs, and manage external design consultants through the process. Maintain Basis of Design, prototype designs, and template specifications; review design RFPs and inform design standards. Think outside the box to find innovative solutions that reduce costs without impacting quality or reliability. Manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously while adhering to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
