Senior Design Project Manager – Data Center Construction

Manage, coordinate, and administer projects through all phases of design and construction while reporting to assigned Project Managers. Ensure client services are delivered at the highest level by communicating conceptual designs, maintaining project documentation, and preparing reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, and change orders. Coordinate meetings with the project team, external design consultants, and contractors; review design RFPs; and maintain Basis of Design, prototype designs, and template specifications. Effectively communicate design standards to internal and external partners while managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously to reduce costs without impacting quality or reliability. Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
