Job Summary
Senior Design Professional coordinates and/or undertakes the design development, production and delivery of architectural projects as part of the project design team or on own projects, with independence in action and decision making and potential supervision of others. Responsibilities include developing and modifying drawings and documents to reflect design intent, creating 2D/3D presentation drawings and models, leading small teams, coordinating information with clients/consultants/contractors, ensuring QA/QC and adherence to HOK standards, conducting product and code research, mentoring less experienced staff, interfacing with clients, supporting work planning, and incorporating Integrated Sustainable Design solutions. The role operates in a hybrid work environment with a focus on design excellence and client service, and requires a Bachelor's degree in architecture with 3+ years of experience (Masters preferred) and LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture required
- 3+ years’ experience; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience required
- LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred
