Job Summary
Senior Project Manager for client account delivering design and construction services, including tenant improvement and project management across conceptual through construction phases. Responsible for establishing profitability goals, managing owner contracts, preparing and coordinating project reports and budgets, supporting marketing and new business pursuits, overseeing cost estimates and change management, and coordinating with project teams to meet client needs. Travel up to 20% and advanced knowledge of budgeting, accounting, and procurement required; Bachelor’s degree in Building Science/Construction Management/Civil Engineering or related field preferred with 15+ years of owner-side experience. Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software (Suretrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO, etc.); LEED AP or CCM preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred; industry experience
- Min 15 yrs experience with significant experience on the Owner’s side
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting, accounting and procurement in order to manage construction projects
- Proficiency in MS office and scheduling software such as Suretrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO, or equivalent
- LEED AP, Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred
