Senior Design Manager (Security) MAS361)

Lead and oversee the security design process across Qiddiya’s portfolio, developing comprehensive security design plans (including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarm systems) and coordinating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate security considerations throughout the design. Conduct risk assessments, propose mitigation strategies, ensure compliance with local and international security standards, manage design schedules, budgets, and quality, and stay updated on emerging security technologies and best practices. Facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external consultants while applying strong project management and leadership skills in a multidisciplinary environment. Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
