Senior Design Manager, Interiors

Job Summary
Lead and deliver interior design outcomes for major hospitality/entertainment developments and refurbishments, owning aesthetic integrity from concept through to completion. Provide senior design review across projects, specify and approve FF&E and bespoke elements, balance design excellence with budget, and partner with Project Managers to manage scope, cost control, and on-time delivery. Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement, critical eye for materials and craftsmanship, and the ability to drive world-class outcomes across Crown’s portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience delivering large-scale interior projects, ideally in hospitality/entertainment/premium environments
- Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or related discipline
- Advanced knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E and bespoke fabrication
- Strong specification and compliance awareness
- Proven ability to lead design reviews and resolve complexity
- Confident, influential communicator able to engage senior stakeholders, consultants, builders and suppliers
- Ability to balance design excellence with budget and operational requirements
- Delivery-focused in fast-paced environments
