Job Summary
Manage planning, engineering design, and consulting oversight for complex water and wastewater projects in the New York region, including conditions assessments, site visits, report preparation, and hydraulic calculations. Prepare design and construction documents for climate resiliency and conveyance projects while reviewing engineering designs, bid packages, and Statements of Work. Lead assignments as a team member, providing peer mentorship and collaborating onsite with facility operations staff. Support grant writing, funding procurement, and business development for new clients within the Water Sector and Infrastructure Equity Practices.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of a B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- minimum 10+ years' experience in water and wastewater design/engineering
- experience performing studies, design, and construction services for municipal clients
- experience developing designs and construction contract documents for complex infrastructure projects
- Professional Engineering (PE) licensure, or working towards licensure
