Job Summary
Monitor the Design team inbox to triage work, brief offshore or internal teams, and ensure all deliverables are reviewed against the brief before stakeholder submission. Work with stakeholders across all levels to understand requirements and maintain consistent global messaging while managing workload between London and Mumbai teams. Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery, providing progress reports and flagging potential problems to ensure high-level service. Actively contribute to the service offering and suggest process improvements to achieve best practice.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) and MSO (Word and PowerPoint)
- Experience leading large, high value, complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong track record of working within a fast-paced, corporate environment
- Used to producing high-quality work under pressure and sensitively managing changes of scope
- Strong conceptual skills and attention to detail, with an ability to efficiently communicate creative thinking through rough sketches and mock-ups
- Experience and knowledge of applying corporate brand guidelines
- Excellent communication and consultative skills driven by empathy and a positive, 'can-do' attitude
