Job Summary
Senior Deposit Product Manager responsible for strategy and performance for a set of deposit and debit products, including financial targets, pricing and lifecycle management. Drives product design, development, distribution and enhancements; ownersh ip of roadmap and go-to-market initiatives; mentors other product managers and analysts; collaborates with Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Distribution, Servicing, Operations and Technology to ensure regulatory compliance and business goals; monitors performance, identifies optimization opportunities, and stays aligned with client needs and market trends; requires cross-functional leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders; role involves travel and in-office collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related major with a strong academic record, or equivalent education and related training
- 10+ years of work experience within Banking or Financial Services
- 5+ years of experience in a staff role such as product management, product strategy, analytics or marketing
- Outstanding influencing, partnership-building and collaboration skills
- Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills with ability to derive actionable insights from large data sets
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of senior leaders without formal authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous and changing situations
- Ability to identify and manage key risks and to work with risk leadership
- Experience guiding third-party vendors in contracts and ongoing partnerships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to travel occasionally
