Job Summary
Facilitate ACH transactions in accordance with BSNB and regulatory requirements while acting as the Deposit Operations Subject Matter for all audit activities. Identify potentially fraudulent activity to protect customer accounts and provide operational support for mobile banking, online banking, and Bill Pay services. Work independently to meet daily timelines while supporting department goals. Requires three to five years of operational banking and customer service experience, an associate's degree, and the ability to identify fraud. Required Qualifications
