Job Summary
Own and drive deployment of Ethon's agentic workflows on the shop floor, ensuring go-live, onboarding, training, and change management; translate plant-level yield and throughput issues into quantified business cases and expansion opportunities; engage operators to C-suite sponsors, collaborate with Engineering and Product to feed customer insights, and lead deployment with a hands-on factory presence across London-area manufacturing sites. Requires 3-5 years of experience in demanding environments (consulting, enterprise tech deployment, or shopfloor roles), strong stakeholder management from operators to executives, a technical degree in a related field, and 30-50% travel. Hybrid work arrangement in London with flexibility for in-person factory deployments.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, enterprise tech deployment, or shopfloor roles
- ability to manage complex stakeholder environments from operators to C-suite sponsors
- experience running change management or adoption programs
- builder mindset with willingness to fix issues on the floor rather than escalate
- technical degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical engineering, physics, or related field
- willingness to travel 30-50%
- on-site deployment and the ability to train and onboard customer teams
- experience with manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, Historian, or quality systems) is a plus
