Job Summary
Serve as the principal technical advisor to enterprise clients, establishing authoritative relationships and guiding them through complex implementation processes. Architect and implement the initial Karat interview framework for new clients, then conduct regular strategic reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives. Partner with software engineers globally to analyze hiring processes, translate performance data into actionable recommendations, and deliver executive-level training sessions. Present technical solutions to prospects and drive continuous improvement of internal Customer Operations and GTM processes. This role requires up to 20% travel for face-to-face meetings with enterprise prospects and industry events.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional work experience in one of the following: Strategic technical account management, client success engineering, or solutions/deployment engineering, OR; SaaS/technical/financial services consulting with a focus on technical implementation
- Demonstrated success as a strategic advisor during client onboarding; able to build trusted rapport, make thoughtful recommendations, and guide clients through complex implementation processes
- Experience directly engaging with C-Suite executives in a client-facing capacity
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Client-facing experience with technical customers
