Job Summary
Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to a Senior Vice President, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and strategic priorities, including complex calendar management, travel, expense reporting, email management, and meeting facilitation; coordinate platform meetings, collect and align content from internal partners, oversee logistics for in-person meetings, and support regional coordination and governance of initiatives. Requires strong written and verbal communication, confidentiality, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, proficient use of Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel. In-office collaboration is emphasized with four days in the office per week and one day remote.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' relevant experience
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong client service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with little or no supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
- Ability to work with all levels of employees and advisors
- Ability to handle/maintain private and confidential information in an appropriate manner
- Some travel required
