Job Summary
Manage projects involving industrial facility rigging, dismantling, and demolition while leading and coordinating union and non-union teams to ensure milestones are achieved. Collaborate daily with senior management to align goals and schedules, assist with estimating, bidding, and submitting accurate change orders including material and labor calculations. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and client requirements while building relationships with staff, customers, and outside agencies. Travel mostly in the Tri-State area with potential for nationwide and international assignments as required. Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of construction-related experience
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (U.S. citizen or green card holder)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Solid professional references are required
- Must be able to travel mostly in Tri-State area, with potential for nation wide and internationally to project sites as required
- Must be able to travel to project sites as required
Desired Qualifications
- expertise in demolition and rigging is highly preferred
- Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Computer Ease)
