Job Summary
Senior Demo Consultant leads strategic, engineering-driven demos within the Demo Operations team, architecting and automating data-forward master demo environments (e.g., Avikro footprint) to empower field Solution Consultants. Responsibilities include overhauling demo footprints, building AI-powered, scalable workflows, integrating APIs and Python scripting, designing repeatable PoC guidelines, reducing reactive work by creating self-service assets, collaborating with Product Management to embed features into master demos, and acting as a technical lead for knowledge sharing and advanced troubleshooting. Requires cloud, API, scripting experience, AI workflow automation, and strong presentation/leadership skills. Travel up to 15%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of related experience in Demo Operations or Application Development with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree; or 2 years with a PhD
- Hands-on technical experience with cloud technologies, API integrations, and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
- Practical experience with AI tools and CI/CD technologies
