Senior Demand Planner

Lead the weekly operations call to plan production and customer demand, coordinating backlogs with customer service and production planners. Manage SBU demand planning activities including SIOP, consensus forecasting, and maintaining the balance between service levels, inventory, and new product introductions. Produce reliable on-monthly demand plans using statistical forecasts, review actuals against sales to coordinate replenishment, and prepare presentation decks for SIOP meetings. Execute supply/demand balancing, highlight escalated issues requiring business decisions, and measure forecast accuracy KPIs. Reduce excess and dead stock through regional coordination and master data maintenance, while reviewing product classification quarterly. Work in-person Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays.
