Job Summary
Own the demand forecasting process for key molecules and brands across the Australia & New Zealand regional portfolio, ensuring alignment between Commercial and Supply Chain teams. Lead the Demand Management Review within the Integrated Business Planning framework to provide insights supporting growth, strategic decision-making, and risk management. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify supply-demand imbalances, manage new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes. Use and maintain current demand-planning systems to create accurate forecasts while supporting the transition to a new forecasting tool. Communicate assumptions, upside opportunities, and downside risks to achieve consensus on the rolling 24+ month horizon.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an experienced Demand Planning professional
- Proven track record of driving forecasting excellence within an IBP environment
- Strong commercial acumen
- Deep demand planning expertise
- Ability to use data-driven insights to influence decisions and deliver accurate, high-quality forecasts
- Natural relationship builder
