Job Summary
Senior Demand Planner responsible for driving the monthly S&OP cycle and forecast review meetings, developing a 12-month rolling demand forecast incorporating promotions, product launches, phase-in/phase-out plans, seasonality and other commercial activities, validating and challenging assumptions to improve forecast accuracy, translating demand into a supply plan for timely orders, balancing demand and supply across Omni-channel channels, managing risks such as shortages and excess inventory, analyzing trends and inventory positions, preparing forecasting files and KPI reports, and collaborating with Regulatory Affairs on regulatory impacts while contributing to process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Have a tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant working experience that will allow the successful performance of job expectations.
- At least 1-3 years of related working experience in supply chain / procurement industry.
- Have collaborated with regulatory affairs groups to assess pending and new regulations and changes, and have demonstrated the ability to reduce and manage complexity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP experience is an added advantage.
- Have good organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion.
