Senior Demand Planner

Maintain Luminize's rolling 12-month purchasing forecast built from sell-through data across the full brand portfolio, onboarding new brands and tracking offboarding for brands or SKUs that wind down. Partner with the Supply Chain Analyst team to collect, standardize, and validate monthly forecast inputs, while working directly with Brand Management to incorporate brand-level priorities, launches, and promotional plans. Resolve forecasting and inventory discrepancies to drive continuous improvement in accuracy, turnaround time, and usability, and serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance and training to team members.
