Job Summary
Create forecasts and demand plans using advanced planning tools to support the enterprise's S&OP process. Facilitate pre-Demand Review sessions with stakeholders, define forecast assumptions, and perform trend analysis to adjust plans based on commercial feedback. Execute "what if" scenarios to project outcomes for business decisions and track plan performance metrics like forecast accuracy and bias. Present executive summaries and demand plans to leadership, highlighting risks and mitigation options. Drive alignment by ensuring consensus plans are documented and agreed upon, while engaging cross-functional teams to balance demand with supply and operational capabilities. Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to eliminate waste and foster continuous improvement in business processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, finance, or operations with a focus on working capital optimization
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data/financial modeling
- Experience with supply chain finance programs and advanced planning tools like DA/Blue Yonder, Netstock, Aera, and Anaplan
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
