Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B marketing with 3+ years in a demand generation role where pipeline-level performance was owned
- Deep experience across multiple demand channels (email, paid media, SEO, social, events), including ABM
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize multiple data sources, identify root causes, and make decisions
- Proven ability to design and run experimentation frameworks
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot), and analytics tools
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to drive alignment without direct authority
