Job Summary
Senior Team Lead for inside sales responsible for coaching a high-volume inside sales team, training and developing team members, supporting client engagement with the Customer Success Manager, and driving sales performance through KPI-focused activities. Responsibilities include aligning prospects’ pains to client offerings, handling objections, scheduling measurable outcomes, managing team schedules and QA audits, executing process improvements, and providing weekly coaching and training to drive team success across multiple sales channels (phone, chat, email, and social).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of years of experience
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Experience with Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, or other Sales Enablement Tools
- Experience in B2B consultative selling of SaaS
- Experience in using social media/ social selling for prospecting and lead generation
