Job Summary
Establish and mature relationships with new customers while driving Agile or Hybrid projects forward on time, to budget, and with best quality. Manage project scope, detailed work plans, RAID analysis, governance, documentation, and risk management through weekly delivery assurance meetings. Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, optimize metrics, and coordinate cross-team sprints using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Lead stakeholder engagement across diverse audiences and C-level executives, influencing without direct authority. Requires 5+ years in technical delivery, AWS architecture knowledge, and proven track records in scaling Agile practices. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience in technical project delivery
- Successfully led difficult technical projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies
- Proven track record facilitating Agile ceremonies for medium-sized teams
- Experience coaching teams on Agile practices and driving continuous improvement
- Specific knowledge in technology domain and/or industry vertical
- Expert facilitation of all Agile ceremonies with ability to adapt to team needs
- Strong experience with Agile metrics analysis and process optimization
- Proven ability to scale Agile practices across multiple workstreams
- Experience managing dependencies and coordinating cross-team sprints
- Skilled at backlog management, user story refinement, and acceptance criteria definition
- Track record of improving team velocity and delivery predictability
- Experience with Agile tools and reporting (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of AWS core services and cloud architecture patterns
- Experience managing business/technical requirements and producing roadmaps
- Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong stakeholder management across diverse audiences
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Comfortable presenting to C-level executives
