Job Summary
Senior Delivery Manager to lead a distributed IT team responsible for enterprise-scale supply chain applications (ERP, PLM, WMS, TMS, CRM). You’ll oversee security, reliability, and operations, manage incidents and projects up to $500K, drive solution planning across business units, and foster a customer-first IT service mindset. The role includes vendor management, performance metrics-driven process improvements, and relocation support for a Las Vegas-based incumbent. Collaboration with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable, cost-effective technical solutions and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of medium-to-large IT projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- At least 7 years of progressive SDLC experience in ERP, PLM (Teamcenter preferred), WMS, TMS, Quality Management, Demand Planning, and CRM
- Experience with integration platforms (MuleSoft or Dell Boomi a plus)
- Proven success leading application implementations or upgrades
- Strong leadership background with experience managing and developing technical teams
