Job Summary
Senior Delivery Manager to lead Agile and Agile hybrid projects in the Operations Technology domain space. Remove impediments, manage one or more agile squads, facilitate ceremonies and cadence, monitor pace and quality, manage budgets and resource planning, conduct workshops and governance activities, promote Agile mindset, engage in business analysis and cross-functional technical discussions, and report progress across RBC’s enterprise. The role emphasizes leadership in agile delivery, stakeholder collaboration, financial governance, and continuous improvement within a large banking technology context in Toronto, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Must-have Certified Scrum Master/Agile Practitioner
- 7+ years of experience in software development project/program delivery within an Agile environment
- Ability to listen, communicate clearly and concisely with confidence, and demonstrate ability to influence others
- Ability to apply well documented Agile techniques (User Stories, Burndown techniques, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Continuous testing, etc.)
- Able to effectively prioritize own workload and focus across many streams of work
- Proactively work with other IT and/or Business teams across organization
