Senior Delivery Manager (Remote)

Senior Delivery Manager responsible for delivering software initiatives in a FinTech context. Drives delivery system operations, improves visibility of cross-team work, models scope/timeline changes, ensures backlog readiness, and mitigates execution risk. Partners with Product Managers and engineers to enforce readiness standards, communicates feasibility and confidence to stakeholders, and leverages AI tooling to accelerate operational artifacts while preserving human judgment. Requires strong SDLC fluency, API integration awareness, Kanban/Agile experience, Jira proficiency, and the ability to influence engineering behavior through data-driven framing. Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a calm, structured approach and a focus on reducing rework and improving delivery reliability. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, with 5–7 years of delivery-management practice in a fintech or regulated environment; certified Agility experience or related certifications are a plus.
