Senior Delivery Manager

Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and product managers to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget. Conduct project kickoff meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to align expectations and establish communication channels. Coordinate with internal teams to assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring clear communication and accountability. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes. Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and ensuring open and transparent communication. Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner, and escalate issues as needed to senior management for resolution. Document and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, test cases, and issue logs, to support project governance and compliance. Leverage lessons learned from previous projects to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project management team.
