Job Summary
Senior Delivery Manager, Expert Services overseeing day-to-day guidance for Customer Outcomes engagement management, ensuring high-quality delivery of implementation projects; serve as focal point for delivery questions; ensure adherence to Global Services Delivery Framework; collaborate with Services Sales, Customer Success, Expert Services, and Partners to achieve outstanding customer delivery; manage revenue, cost, and margin for regional delivery; mentor and develop team, conduct performance reviews, and drive staffing to meet project needs; required to leverage AI in work processes and lead a large, global professional services team with strong stakeholder engagement and travel up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a professional services organization (PMO Leader, Program/Project Management, Consulting, Services or Solution Sales, Implementation)
- 10+ years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
- Experience leading and mentoring a team of twenty or more employees
- Experience designing and developing service capabilities and service portfolios
- Ability to influence and consult on IT Operations and/or Digital Transformations
- Experience working with service channel organizations and partners
- Strong ability to communicate with customer leaders (CXO level) to align outcome expectations
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
