Job Summary
Senior Delivery Lead responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables across multiple organizations. Leads delivery routines (kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates), establishes target outcomes with stakeholders, tracks success metrics, and provides status updates on deliverables, risks, issues, and schedule. Partners with business and technology leaders, Compliance and Risk to ensure alignment with requirements and Enterprise Change Management standards. Requires strong collaboration, governance, financial management, resource planning, and agile practices across programs; proficient in stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and business acumen. Shift: 1st shift (United States of America). Hours per week: 40.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years experience in Project/Program Management
- Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
- Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies/techniques
- Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management skills
- Well versed in Agile
- PMP Certification or SAFe certifications (Desired)
- Knowledge of Payments Technology and Products
