Job Summary
Lead delivery of digital transformation initiatives across Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), or Security/Authentication workstreams. Own end-to-end delivery planning, execution, and governance for assigned digital journeys while partnering with technology, product, and business stakeholders to align delivery with strategic objectives. Manage risks, dependencies, and issues across complex, global engagements and provide senior-level oversight and mentorship to delivery teams. Requires 12–14 years of overall experience with mandatory 8–10 years in BFSI. Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with a 30-day notice period will be considered. Full-time permanent engagement available across India delivery locations including Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai.
Required Qualifications
- 12–14 years of overall relevant experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience
- Immediate joiners
- Notice period of up to 30 days maximum
- Digital transformation delivery experience on complex global engagements
- Exposure to at least 1–2 of: Cards, Payments, Accounts (Servicing), Security/Authentication
