Job Summary
Senior Delivery Lead to drive the execution of product initiatives and customer outcomes within embedded teams. Own end-to-end delivery from planning through release and benefits realisation; create realistic plans, track progress, surface risks; optimise team flow and quality; lead agile ceremonies focusing on outcomes; identify and remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies; enable incremental delivery of meaningful customer outcomes; manage incidents and defects, provide actionable progress insights; ensure alignment with broader business and portfolio priorities. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design, balance pace with quality and technical health, and use data to strengthen team performance and delivery predictability. Required Qualifications
- Experience in delivery roles within modern product and engineering teams
- Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and engineering practices (TDD, BDD)
- DevOps experience (CI/CD, observability, infrastructure as code)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong Atlassian expertise (Jira, JPD, Compass, Analytics)
- Familiarity with GitHub workflows and release pipelines
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Continuous improvement mindset with ability to uplift team performance
