Job Summary
Senior Delivery Lead, Data & AI to own end-to-end delivery of data, analytics and AI initiatives, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Lead scaled agile (SAFe) delivery structures, drive AI use cases and operational readiness, orchestrate data and AI technology integration, and act as a cross-functional integrator across Data & Analytics, Technology, business teams and vendors. Manage risks, dependencies and delivery challenges; provide executive visibility and governance, support portfolio planning, and foster a continuous improvement culture. Requires strong delivery leadership in enterprise environments, experience with Agile/SAFe at scale, and ability to move between strategic oversight and hands-on execution in regulated or financial services contexts. Hybrid work arrangement with two days per week in the Sydney offices.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business administration or project management.
