Job Summary
Lead and coordinate routines for large program deliverables, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. Communicate target outcomes, manage program financials and resource planning, and ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards. Facilitate sync points between business, technology, and Risk/Compliance leaders while tracking success metrics and providing visibility on program health. Manage associates, coach performance, and build bench strength across the organization to drive business outcomes and maintain proper risk discipline.
