Job Summary
Coach engineering and product teams in Agile, Lean, and DevOps best practices, including backlog management, prioritization, and ceremonies. Strengthen Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks to improve delivery predictability and help teams shift from output-driven to outcome-focused delivery. Act as a Scrum Master for new, scaling, or struggling teams while facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives. Partner with leadership to establish cross-functional structures, remove delivery bottlenecks, and define metrics like cycle time and throughput to drive continuous improvement. Mentor engineers and coaches managers on delivery excellence, fostering psychological safety and resilience. Contribute to global products serving commercial real estate customers across multiple regions, ensuring engineering quality and scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of professional experience in software delivery roles (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering or related discipline
- Deep knowledge of Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles and practices
- Hands-on experience scaling Agile across a globally distributed, multicultural organization
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to bridge Product and Engineering teams for aligned delivery outcomes
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Agile Development experience (Scrum/Kanban), including story estimation, code reviews and pair programming
- Proficiency in using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub or Miro
- Excellent interpersonal and communication and storytelling skills and proven ability to work with both engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Working in a hybrid model (2 days on-site)
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Agile Coach, SAFe Program Consultant, or similar Agile/Lean certifications
- Experience in configuring/customizing tools like Azure DevOps or Jira to best support agile processes
- Background in software engineering, DevOps, or product management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing tech environment and to foster change in larger organizations
