Job Summary
Lead complex implementation projects for clients in the refined fuels industry, helping them achieve fuel pricing and logistics optimization goals using Gravitate's AI-driven software solutions. Mentor and guide newer consultants to ensure delivery excellence while validating software solutions against specific business needs. Collaborate with both business and technical groups to create tailored, longstanding solutions that address unique client scenarios. Self-manage project goals and timelines while applying critical thinking to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement in enterprise solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in a Delivery or Implementation Consultant role
- BS in Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
- Ability to self-manage project goals and timelines
- Ability to validate software solutions to meet business needs and ensure quality implementation
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think through complex scenarios
Desired Qualifications
- ideally within a SaaS software company
- Someone who is interested in learning different client scenarios and environments and wants to help each client with their unique business needs
- Experience in the fuel industry
- Experience with SQL, Mongo, or other databases
- Mentoring or people training experience
- Understanding of software systems and agile project management
