Job Summary
Partner with senior leaders, account leads, and delivery teams to identify risks, opportunities, and performance themes across the full sales and delivery lifecycle. Support opportunity shaping, mobilisation, delivery oversight, programme close-out, and account development by using client feedback, financial indicators, and growth measures to drive evidence-based decisions. Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives that strengthen delivery quality, client impact, and the transition from sales to delivery, shaping complex operational problems into practical solutions. Ensure core governance, assurance, and reporting processes run consistently with a focus on outcomes. Provide clear performance insight and narrative to senior leadership forums and central reporting cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Senior consulting, delivery leadership or operational business partnering role experience
- Credibility and judgement to work closely with senior stakeholders on complex delivery and growth topics
- Strong consulting, transformation, delivery leadership or operational leadership experience
- Direct accountability for complex client work
- Track record of working with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and helping teams resolve complex or contested issues
- Experience leading improvement, transformation or operational change across a business area, function or delivery environment
- Strong commercial awareness
- Exposure to opportunity shaping, account development, sales-to-delivery transition or client growth
- Excellent judgement with data and qualitative insight
- Ability to turn performance information, client feedback and stakeholder input into clear priorities and actions
- Strong delivery discipline
- Ability to follow actions, decisions and escalations through to resolution
- Ability to operate effectively between delivery teams, senior leadership and central functions
- Independence, credibility and pace in cross-functional operations
- Comfort working in ambiguity
- Ability to identify patterns beneath symptoms
- Ability to translate emerging themes into practical improvement work
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Ability to surface difficult issues early and constructively
- Ability to construct difficult issues in the right forum with the right evidence
