Job Summary
Senior Decision Science Analyst for the More Rewards team. Drive data analytics across customer data, loyalty programs, and retail operations. Formulate testable hypotheses, run statistical experiments in live environments, and automate data pipelines with SQL and Python (Jupyter). Build dashboards in Power BI, collaborate with IT and data scientists, mentor analysts, and develop analytics workflows in cloud-based environments to identify opportunities and deliver high-quality insights. Requires a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, expertise in experimental design, SQL, Python, visualization tools, and cloud/big-data technologies.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in a STEM discipline
- at least 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics or data science
- Advanced Python coding skills
- Advanced understanding of SQL
- Experience with experimental design principles (A/B and multivariate testing)
- Working with business stakeholders to formulate testable hypotheses
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Cloud experience (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Experience with big data tools such as Spark and Databricks
