Job Summary

Senior Dealer Solutions Executive responsible for driving the growth of OPENLANE’s dealer consignment by prospecting and developing franchise and large independent dealership relationships. You will onboard and train new customers, maintain active franchise seller relationships, review performance, and increase volume. The role involves analyzing territory, developing strategies for new business acquisition, and accurately forecasting sales against budget, with frequent travel to cover the Western Manitoba territory (e.g., Brandon, MB and surrounding areas). You will build customer relationships through needs assessments, product presentations, and coaching on pricing and engagement, leveraging data and internal/external connections to meet monthly sales targets. Experience in Salesforce is a plus; automotive industry and inventory management exposure are nice-to-have. Reporting to the Market Sales Director and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will interact with dealership owners/GMs and drive end-to-end dealer-focused solutions using OPENLANE’s offerings.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demonstrated sales success with territory management
  • Qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license
