Job Summary
Senior Deal Desk Specialist with end-to-end ownership of complex, high-value deals in a fast-growing global SaaS environment. You’ll combine hands-on CPQ quoting with strategic input on discount governance, deal reviews, andSales enablement, acting as a trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, and Legal in high-volume periods and cross-functional settings. The role emphasizes building accurate quotes in CPQ, ensuring order data integrity in Salesforce, and contributing to Deal Desk SOPs while delivering enablement sessions to Sales reps and participating in ongoing deal reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in an Enterprise SaaS/B2B company
- Deep expertise in CPQ quoting — complex quote builds, multi-product configurations, pricing logic, and troubleshooting quoting issues
- Strong Salesforce proficiency as a power user — managing cases, accounts, opportunity data, and order records accurately at high volume
- Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, revenue recognition principles, and order management
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume Deal Desk queue during End of Month/Quarter/Year End; familiarity with Notion and Jira/Atlassian is a plus
- Commercially minded with experience balancing Sales velocity with deal integrity across complex and non-standard situations
- Trusted by Sales as a go-to advisor on deal structure and contract options
- Clear communicator across Sales, Finance, and Legal without losing momentum on deals
- Willingness to upskill others and raise the bar across the team
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities
- Fluent in English
- Experience working remotely is a plus
